My name is Dean and I am a passionate entrepreneur, mid-career professional, and former Navy SEAL.
I’m seeking to carry on the legacy of a retiring business owner in New England.
A Legacy of Service
Growing up in New York City, I was compelled to serve my country after 9/11. I was honored to serve in the Navy for six years, following in the footsteps of my father and grandfather.
I am excited to continue serving the country by owning and running a small business in New England.
I believe business can be a force for good, providing a professional purpose and good wages for employees, economic growth opportunities in local communities, and quality and dependable service for customers and suppliers.
Why work with me?
I am solely focused on running one business for the long term. Unlike a private equity firm or holding company, I am not looking to build a portfolio of businesses, nor am I interested in ‘flipping’ a business for a short term profit.
Serving your employees as a new leader and continuing to deliver on the promise you’ve made to your customers and suppliers will be my mission and I will pursue it with the same relentless passion that I have other things in life.

I am also proud to be supported by my loving fiancé, Kelsey, and mother, Mary Ann.
Kelsey was born and raised in Boston and is excited to settle down in New England with me to raise a family.
My mother, originally from Wisconsin, has recently joined me in Massachusetts and is equally as passionate about settling down and retiring in a community close to me and Kelsey.
